We provide generic agency binder updates. Personnel file review is only available for agencies that keep electronic records. The price is based on your census.
Remote nursing documentation QA:
Our QA team provides a review of all nursing, therapy, and other ancillary services’ documentation including: All OASIS QA with coding, RN Comprehensive Assessments with coding, 485/plans of care, Visit notes, 60-day summaries, discharge summaries, HHA notes, Therapy evaluations, and notes. We QA to regulations, standards, and the Nurse Practice Act. We teach and support your nurses in congenial teamwork. Written instructions are provided to your staff and they have access to one of our QA supervisors at all times. The pricing is per unit.
Survey Responses:
We have extensive experience in responding to our client’s survey needs. Regardless of the regulatory agency or accreditation company, we have the know-how to provide compliant and rapid survey responses. We have experience in answering state surveys from Texas and states beyond with great results. Because we keep a vast library of past successful responses, our pricing per hour is the lowest in the industry.
ADR and Appeal Services:
Accurate QA Solutions completes more ADR and Appeal reviews than any other consulting agency in Texas. We welcome this work because it is through this work we discover the real reasons for denial by Medicare and insurance companies. We use this valuable information to provide your agency with regulatory-driven guidance. We provide an in-depth audit of every available document and a summary of findings for you and your staff to review. We provide a summary letter to go with your packets to CMS. We charge per unit for this product with no minimum.
Documentation In-services:
Pamela Pryor, RN, BSN, and our company CEO/President, has, to date, written the only comprehensive guidebook for documentation in home health. Our in-services are radically different from other offerings. We focus our instruction on medical necessity in all OASIS forms; Effective and billable nurses’ notes; patient and disease-specific 485/plans of care; summaries that truly document the coordination of care. We price by the number of attendees. All attendees receive a bound workbook they can use for guidance after the in-service.
Policies and Procedures:
We provide policies and procedures to meet the needs of your agency including Licensed and Certified, Accreditation, Medicaid programs including PHC, Hospice, and PAS. We provide updates at no charge. Our prices are reasonable.
